Process was smooth, shipping was quick. Pendant is beautiful but would like to have had a choice to buy a gold one not a gold plated silver one. But design is great.
I've bought a ton of the Disney jewelry over the years. Easily 12+ pieces. But I typically get them from another jeweler because they offer a warranty plan. Adding this simple service would shift my motivation to wanting to buy more exclusively from this site because of the convenience factors that you've implemented.
It's a perfect gift for any mother's day or birthday gift.
The site is easy to use and has some lovely pieces. I am fine with this one, but expected it to be a bit more 3-D.
